Race Rules
- 4.70 Index
- Doorslammer only (working doors)
- 4 Tenths Pro Tree
- Pro ladder (With a 15 car field #1 qualifier gets bye run)
- If you run quicker than a 4.70 you will go behind the slowest car trying to qualify.
- Racer closest to 4.70 each round gets lane choice.
- Safety rules reflect same as NHRA/IHRA Top Sportsman class.
- In The Final Round Only: If both drivers agree, they may choose to run heads up, NO BREAK OUT!
- $100 entry for all racers (member or non member)
- You do not have to be a member to participate in an OTS race.

Membership
- Membership Fee $50.00 (annual)
- To become a member you must be able to run a 5.25 or faster.
- As a member you will get, driver and 2 crew members in at no cost. (with $100 entry)
- If you are a member and do not qualify, you will receive $75 back.( No money will be refunded to nonmembers who do not qualify.)
- $100 will be retained from nonmember’s winnings.
16 Car Field Will Be Run IF:
- 16-15 cars qualifying 5.20 or faster. (If not all cars are qualified a 5.20 or faster but are members of OTS, they will be allowed to run, in order to make a 16 car field.)
- If the bottom half are not qualified at a 5.20 or faster and are not members, an
eight car field will be ran.
- A member who is qualified slower than a non member will not be placed into the
field ahead of a non member just to make a 16 car field.
Two qualifying passes; one in each lane.
Courtesy staging: If a racer puts both lights on, the other driver may; A) wait until the racer is backed out of the beams or B) go ahead and take the lights.
One point will be given to the #1 qualifier at each race.
At the end of the year, 2 races will be dropped from your total points accumulated. Worst race(s) or unattended race(s)
